As a licenced clinical psychologist (A) I offer eclectic therapy including CBT, DBT, ERP based on the need of the client. However, my major focus and expertise lies on Humanistic, Gestalt, Narrative and Trauma Informed therapies. Incorporating techniques from Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, I have helped clients overcome diagnosed disorders and get better insight about themselves.
