I am a psychologist with training in the assessment and management of a wide range of psychological concerns across children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical interests include child and adolescent mental health, play therapy, anxiety disorders, depression, attachment-related concerns, personality difficulties, emotional and behavioural problems, stress management, and adjustment issues. I adopt an evidence-based, empathetic, and client-centred approach, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each individual while working collaboratively to promote emotional well-being and psychological resilience.
