Hoi Yiu So

I am a qualified counsellor with an MSc in Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, with over two years' counselling experience across self-employed practice and voluntary services. I work integratively, combining person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic approaches to provide tailored, client-centred support. I have additional training in trauma-informed practice, bereavement and loss, enabling me to support clients with a range of complex emotional needs. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I provide culturally sensitive counselling to diverse communities and am committed to building safe, trusting therapeutic relationships that empower clients to achieve meaningful change.
