As a client-centered therapist and certified neuropsychologist registered with the Portuguese Order of Psychologists, I bring unique experience from both inpatient and outpatient hospital and private settings. I am trilingual and trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I am also an associate of the EMDR Portugal Association. My work integrates evidence-based tools with empathy, compassion, and clear, steady guidance. I’ve supported clients across ages facing identity challenges, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and major life transitions. After beginning my career in HR, I pursued my true passion: creating an open, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts, emotions, and fears freely.
