Mariyam Hudha Hussain

I am a licensed psychologist from the Maldives, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Maldives and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Malaysia. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. My integrative approach draws on evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I primarily work with adolescents and adults, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship difficulties, and family issues. I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.
