I am a mental health professional who is deeply passionate about helping people through life’s most difficult moments, whether that includes anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or major life changes. I take an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. This allows our work together to be tailored to you — your goals, your pace, and your lived experiences. My role isn’t to fix you, but to walk alongside you. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to understand yourself more deeply, develop healthier coping tools, and reconnect with resilience.
