I am, Bithika Goyal, writing to express my strong interest in joining your esteemed mental health organization as a counselling psychologist. With over 3 years of hands-on experience in a hospital setting and 3000+ hours of psychotherapy sessions, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals across a wide age range from children to geriatric populations dealing with a variety of psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, relationship challenges, and more. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices (like CBT, DBT, ACT and *Internationally certified EFT*) and deep counselling insight. I have consistently demonstrated the ability to build trust with clients (majorly NRI clients).
