I am a psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. Over the past several years, I have worked across inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient treatment, and online counseling — settings that have taught me, again and again, that meaningful change is possible, even when things feel overwhelming right now.
