I have been conducting psychological assessment and offering psychotherapy to adolescents and adults across concerns like Anxiety, Self esteem, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, psychosexual well-being. My work is grounded in ethical practice, scientific rigor & a client centred approach with a strong emphasis on creating safe, non-judgemental and collaborative therapeutic space. I specialise in Cognitive approaches, mindfulness, solution focused therapies and integrate a lot of them together according to my client’s need.
