I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology (University Topper) and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. With over six years of experience, I work primarily with children, adolescents, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals across clinical and educational settings. My approach integrates Psychodynamic Therapy, Schema Therapy, CBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. My research focuses on adolescent mental health, resilience, parent-child relationships, and psychosocial development. Trained at various reputed hospitals, and organizations like ADAPT, UMEED and MentalGYM, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to heal, build resilience, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.
