Meredith Woolley

I hold a Master of Counselling (MC) degree and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) providing virtual counselling to adults across British Columbia. I have been providing clinical counselling since 2011 and specialize in helping adults recover from trauma, PTSD, occupational stress injuries, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with treatment tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. I integrate EMDR, the Flash Technique, and other evidence-based approaches when clinically appropriate to help clients reduce distress, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
