Psychology graduate with an MSc in Mental Health Sciences and experience providing therapeutic-style mental health support across educational and voluntary settings. I have supported individuals through one-to-one wellbeing conversations, using a person-centred approach informed by CBT principles, humanistic approaches, mindfulness-based techniques and cognitive interviewing skills. Through my role providing mental health support to students and my work as a Samaritans volunteer, I developed skills in active listening, emotional support, psychoeducation, safeguarding and risk awareness. I have also supported young people with needs, adapting my approach to individual needs. I am passionate about evidence-based psychological interventions and providing compassionate, ethical support
