I am a licensed Counselling Psychologist who works with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and people come for many different reasons. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, struggling in your relationships, living with anxiety, depression or trauma, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where we can make sense of what's happening together. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to you, drawing on range of evidence-based approaches to help you develop insight, strengthen coping, and create meaningful, lasting change.
