Dear Hiring Manager, I am an accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, experienced in supporting adults with but not limited to; addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and low self-esteem. I currently work within a residential addiction treatment setting, providing individual therapy, group facilitation, relapse prevention, and multidisciplinary care. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, CBT skills and trauma-informed practice. I am passionate about helping clients gain self-awareness, build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
