I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults through stress, anxiety, life transitions, workplace challenges, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based practices, including CBT, to help clients better understand their experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
