Most recently, I worked as a Counselling Psychologist at Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre, Gurugram (4 months), where I provided individual and family counselling for adults with substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. I conducted psychological assessments, psychoeducation, relapse prevention planning, clinical documentation, and delivered evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), sex therapy, and other therapies tailored to clients' needs.
