I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) practicing under clinical supervision in Colorado with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This means for psychotherapy I can only counsel clients in CO. I work collaboratively with clients facing anxiety, trauma, addiction recovery, life transitions, stress, military/veteran stressors, resilience, and relationship concerns. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and practical, helping clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, strengthen self-efficacy, and develop realistic strategies for meaningful change. I believe counseling should provide both compassion and clarity so that life's challenges become more understandable, manageable, and navigable. I am happy to conduct 1:1 and group sessions.
