Sravani Kudeti Chinna

I'm a Psychology postgraduate completing my MSc (BPS-accredited) at the University of Essex, with a BA in Psychology and direct experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs. In my current Healthcare Assistant role, I provide person-centred support to individuals with autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, staying alert to changes in mood or wellbeing and using calm, de-escalation-focused communication during periods of distress. I've also worked in a counselling psychology setting, developing a strong grounding in confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional boundaries. I hold an enhanced DBS check and CSTF-aligned mandatory training. I bring reliability, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting people's mental health and wellbeing.
