My practice is relational, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, and I believe that healing and change happen in secure relationships. My focus is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, accepted, understood and welcomed with all your parts. Experienced supporting adults presenting with Complex PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational difficulties, identity, cultural and work-related concerns, grief/loss and life transitions.
