I am an M.Sc. Psychology graduate from the University of Madras with an Advanced PG Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and Psychotherapy from Chennai Counselling Services. I am passionate about supporting individuals through emotional and psychological challenges by providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. My counselling approach is client-centred, compassionate, and grounded in ethical practice. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being.
