I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, which ground my work in both academic deprh and practical, client-focused training. My approach to therapy is client-centred and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), REBT and Gestalt therapy. I tailor my work to each individual’s unique needs, helping clients build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while gently working towards meaningful change.I try to offer a space that feels easy to show up to. Where you don’t have to edit yourself, and where we can sit with whatever’s coming up and slowly make sense of it together.
