I am a Counselling Psychologist, trained Psychotherapist, and PhD scholar with experience in providing psychological counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and couples. My academic and professional interests include mental health promotion, psychotherapy, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being.
