I am a Registered Psychologist and Psychometrician with over five years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care, Brainspotting and am certified in Mental Health First Response, allowing me to integrate effective therapeutic interventions into my practice. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can heal, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
