Hello, I'm Simran, an MSc Psychology graduate from the University of Essex, UK, with over three years of experience supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children, adolescents, and adults in educational, community, and care settings. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and queer-affirmative.
