I am a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a Master’s degree, dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as addiction, ADHD, depression, and trauma. With a practice rooted in Attachment Theory and an integrative approach, I combine Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic methods, and solution-focused techniques to create customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique journey. Since 2013, I've fostered a safe space where clients can explore the roots of their difficulties, build resilience, and work towards meaningful change.
