I am a Clinical Psychologist providing psychological assessment and evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families. I work primarily with Arabic-speaking clients and offer online therapy sessions across different locations. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, addiction, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s needs, goals, culture, and life context, while drawing on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, CFT, TA, and IFS-informed practice. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate space where clients can better understand themselves, cope with difficulties, and build healthier patterns in their lives.
