MSc in Psychology (Health and Wellbeing) from Christ University, Bangalore, and twice UGC NET qualified for Assistant Professor (June 2025 and Dec 2025). I am interested in hospital-based psychological care, patient counselling, psychosocial support for chronic illness, and interventions that improve wellbeing and reduce stress. My research interests include mobile health, digital health, self-care practices, caregiver support, and public health. With strong counselling and communication skills, I aim to support multidisciplinary clinical care and contribute to patient-centred mental health services in clinical environments.
