As a Counselling Psychologist, I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship concerns, emotional difficulties and life transitions. Through a warm, empathetic and evidence-based approach, I help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting positive change in their lives.
