I am a counselling psychologist. I work with clients drawing from psychodynamic approach to help with concerns relating to emotions, self, relationships, behaviour etc. In the process of therapy, I draw from depth work to look at the long held pain, recurring difficulties, and patterns that keep showing in the theme of life. I believe that self work needs the safety of a therapeutic relationship, and therefore my work is informed by the sensitivity of the dynamic in the therapy room.
