I am a Greek Counselling Psychologist (UK) and Psychotherapist (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, HPG, Germany) and work in English and Greek (also Spanish, as an adjunct language). within an Integrative model, which encompasses Existential Phenomenology and Social Constructionsim, which means working with meaning in non-pathologising ways. I also have a somatic approach, paying attention to the embodied experience of the client, feelings, sensations and their expression and actively working with these. I have a collaborative style of working, where the client is the expert in their own experience and I am the accompanying party, co-creating meaning in a journey of exploration and discovery.
