I currently provide an integrative approach that combines CBT, Positive Psychology, and sensorimotor trauma-focused techniques. My qualifications include a Master's in Psychology and a Postgraduate Specialisation Degree in Clinical Psychology from Italy, where I completed an accredited intensive clinical training program which allowed me to become a Registered Psychotherapist. I offer online therapy sessions tailored to individual needs, ensuring a supportive environment for personal growth and healing. I speak fluent English as I Iived in the UK for 6 years and in the U.S.A. for 1 year.
