Lenita Osborne

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the BACP, with a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, bereavement, challenges linked to childhood experiences, and experiences of abuse. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you may be feeling unsure about where to start. I offer a calm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. My approach is warm, empathetic and client-centred. I will work alongside you at your own pace, helping you to make sense of your thoughts and feelings and supporting you to find a way forward that feels right for you. You don’t have to go through things alone.
