Hanna Havrysh

I am an internationally trained Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting adults facing trauma, anxiety, life transitions, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and questions of meaning and identity. My therapeutic approach integrates Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe that healing happens in a safe, collaborative relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we explore not only symptoms but also the deeper patterns, values, and strengths that can support lasting change. In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as Program Director at the Institute of War Psychology, where we provide training programs for mental health workers.
