I’m Bhavya Gupta, an early career psychologist. I did my Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Counselling & Child Psychology. My approach is mixed and client-centered. I adapt techniques from different therapies based on what works best for the client. I’m currently exploring my specialization through practice, training, and research, with a special interest in maternal and child mental health.
