Being a CBT practitioner, my focus has been on targetting core schemas of my clients and to allow an eclectic approach to treat them with what best suits their goals. With an MSc in Psychology and various field based internships, I have managed to understand that empathy is something you have and skills are something you foster and with this I have had an independent practice that allows me to help people reach their goals in a healthy manner.
