Hi, I’m Anjali Jakhar, a Rehabilitation Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and PhD Scholar passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, low self-esteem, and emotional difficulties. My approach is warm, empathetic, and evidence-based, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment.
