Zandile Ndlela

Hi, I'm Zandile, a registered social worker (MSW) and founder of ALEmpathy, a private practice based in Edenvale, South Africa, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. I work with individuals, adolescents, and families. My approach draws on narrative, solution-focused, and person-centred therapy, and I look at the full picture: your wellbeing, your relationships, and the environment around you, not just the problem you've come in with. Ubuntu shapes how I work too: I believe people heal in connection with others, not in isolation. At the same time, I deeply respect your right to self-determination. My role is to walk alongside you. Whether you're working through grief, a difficult season, or simply trying to grow into who you want to be, I am here to support you.
