I am a mental health professional with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and have completed the RCI-approved Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology (results and CRR number awaited). I am trained in evidence-based psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy (BT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, emotional dysregulation, sleep-related difficulties, and adjustment concerns. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs, with a focus on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful psychological well-being.
