Melody Opah

I am a trained Guidance Counsellor with a B.S.C in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and extensive experience in mental health, addiction recovery, school counselling, and psychological assessments. I have worked in schools, rehabilitation centers, and mental health hospitals across Nigeria, helping people from all walks of life — children, adolescents, adults, and families — navigate emotional, behavioural, and substance-use challenges. Currently, I provide telephone and face-to-face counselling, clinical assessments, group therapy, and aftercare planning. I also design psychoeducational programs and support patients nationwide in recovery from addiction and mental health disorders.
