About

As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years experience I offer a compassionate and empathic approach to treating individuals, especially those who have experienced trauma such as bullying, bereavement, grief or loss. I have considerable expertise in working with individuals of all ages including children, adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, panic disorders, agoraphobia, anger management problems, or low self-esteem. I tend to use an integrative approach depending on the needs of the client. This may include Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, the Empty Chair Technique, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, CBT, DBT and/or Hypnotherapy. I have a good success rate with clients who tend to report significant changes in their overall well-being.
