Currently working at the Department of Psychiatry, PGIMER, contributing to research and clinical interventions for First Episode Psychosis. Experienced in working with adolescents and adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and related mental health concerns. Trained in CBT, CBT for Psychosis (CBTp), ERP, DBT, ACT, MBCT, SCIT, and CET. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and tailored to help individuals improve emotional well-being, cognitive functioning, social skills, and overall quality of life.
