I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist (MAHPC) with a Master's in Clinical Psychology. I worked with clients of diverse age ranges across hospital, university, & community settings, providing psychological & neuropsychological assessments & evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, & culturally sensitive. I draw from evidence-based modalities to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, emotional difficulties, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, & life transitions. I believe in creating a safe space where clients feel understood, better understand themselves, are empowered to overcome challenges, build resilience, & move towards meaningful personal growth.
