As RCI licensed Clinical psychologist Associate, I’m specialized in all assessments and therapy for both children and adults. My therapeutic approach primarily draws from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy with components humanistic and gestalt therapy. I’m committed to providing evidence-based and client centered care with a strong focus on each client’s strength challenges and goals. My diverse experience across government and private healthcare settings has enabled me to work with individuals from varied cultures, socioeconomic and backgrounds enhancing my ability to deliver personalized and effective psychological interventions.
