Dikshita Saikia

Most people come to therapy wanting relief from a symptom. I try to see and understand the person behind it and what the symptom is trying to communicate or protect the person from. I am Dikshita Saikia, an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. My work is relational, psychodynamic, attachment-based, emotion-focused, and trauma-informed. I help individuals and couples understand the deeper emotional, relational and unconscious patterns beneath anxiety, self-criticism, and relationship struggles, creating lasting change from the inside out. I work therapeutically with neurodivergent and queer clients in affirming, individualized ways that honor their unique experiences, identities, and ways of being.
