I am a Licensed Psychologist and Systemic Psychotherapist in training, dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating life's challenges, strengthening self-awareness, and creating meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is rooted in systemic thinking, which views each person within the context of their relationships, family dynamics, social environment, and life experiences. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I seek to understand the broader patterns, stories, and interactions that shape each individual's unique experience. I believe that therapy offers a safe and collaborative space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and compassion.
