I am a Registered Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with extensive experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My work focuses on trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, attachment injuries, betrayal trauma, caregiver stress, and emotional overwhelm. Drawing from trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational approaches, I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping, improve connection, and move toward meaningful change within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.
