I have conducted 200+ clinical interviews, delivered 100+ psychotherapy sessions, and administered 100+ psychological assessments. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, OCD-related concerns, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, integrating CBT, DBT-informed interventions, IPT, mindfulness-based approaches, and person-centere techniques.
