I graduated from the Department of Psychology at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, earning the title of Psychologist in Turkey. I also completed a double major in Sociology, which strengthened my ability to understand clients within both psychological and social contexts. I worked as a researcher at Middle East Technical University’s Psychology Lab and completed trainings in solution-focused brief counseling, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and relationship-based counseling. My master’s thesis focused on attachment, relationship satisfaction, adult separation anxiety, and responsibility attributions. I have experience providing psychological counseling and mental health support to adults and couples, with an ethical, confidential, and evidence-informed approach.
