I am a psychologist who views the world with a humanistic perspective. I foster unconditional positive regard, and non judgemental approach towards my clients and make sure they feel safe and comfortable to share their stories within my space. As a person of faith I believe in representing the compassion and grace of God to people around me. As for my approach, I also make use to latest research on health and well-being, especially nutrition to help my clients with various concerns. I am a creative person, and I am sure that my client would always gain something beneficial for their daily life from my sessions.
