I embed multiple approaches that feel best suited to you and your needs. I also offer Creative psychotherapy which can be a safe process and distance to explore your experiences, beliefs and feelings through creative art materials or if you prefer we can think creatively and talk to process your goals. I have 8 years experience working in a variety of sectors. My approach will allow you time to reconnect with yourself and your values. I understand therapy can be daunting, so I offer a gentle, non-judgemental and supporting environment with a sprinkle of creativity when this feels most comfortable for you
